Welcome to PREP and Chi Rho!

PREP is the Parish Religious Education Program for grades  K-6 at St. Mary of Vernon.
Chi Rho is the Confirmation program for teens in Grades 7-8 and High School.

Our Religious Ed programs currently have over 300 students enrolled in our classes.
To register a new student who has never attended Religious Education at St. Mary of Vernon, please come into the PREP or Chi Rho Offices to register.
You must be a registered member of the parish.

Religious Education is committed to the faith, worship, and service of our students
throughout the year, whether classes are in session or not.
We strive to pass on our doctrine and Catholic traditions, build community,
and prepare the students for the lives and ministry that their baptism declares.
We hope to motivate all students and their families to a life of faithfulness and action.   

We ask all St. Mary of Vernon parishioners to keep our students and their families
in their prayers as they continue to deepen their faith and seek God
in their lives on their life long journey to Christ!
